How was the average spend per client increased?
We built a custom tool for this SME, focussing on improving customer experience of their existing client base by putting portfolios at the fingertips. Clients could see all their investments, receive regular updates as well as easily get in touch with their personal advisors in-app. They could catch up on investment news at any time of day or night as well as browse through new investment offerings and conduct due diligence. This regular but non-intrusive interaction welcomed investors to purchase more offerings increasing average spend.
Lower admin costs from day 1
This client was able to cut admin costs by almost half from the day that the app was launched, since clients went to the app for any questions that they had and could instantly keep updated on the performance of their investments. They didn't need to reach out with every query that they had, so the firms staff could spend more time on improving the business and not providing basic support and updates. Far too many hours were spent per week by wealth management staff on client support requests of various kinds, over 90% of those were slashed with the arrival of their custom app.
