This is a property management business that runs a few invest hotels and the clientele are the investors for whom a platform was built. After sales is often overlooked in property, and those people who purchase to invest, lack the necessary service to make investing in those projects worthwhile (especially if they are overseas). Therefore, we focussed heavily on the investors, allowing them real-time access to their documents and live updates of their portfolio. This gave them the necessary confidence to stay with our property client and invest in more units.
