How was customer wait time reduced?


We managed to reduce customer wait time at busy terminals such as airports by fully transferring the car rental procedure into the app. Instead of queuing up and going through long compliance procedure, we had the full process implemented into the app. From document verification, license validation and insurance, the customer only collects their car without the need to go to the rental office.


Customer experience thrives


Apart from saving time on admin tasks of the office staff, customers had a seamless experience renting a car. Since they were already approved in the app, the next time they want to rent a car anywhere else, all their details were already available and within a tap, they could rent again elsewhere.


Loyalty is booming


If customers have a better experience with a service like car rental (always not the most pleasant) then loyalty explodes. People choose the same provider each time, without comparing costs simply because saving a few bucks just isn't worth a worse experience.
